Templates and Source Docs

A general repository of standard document templates and source files.

• • Contracts and documents need to be sent and signed from Docusign, preferably using one of the template/approval workflows.

  • If you don't yet have a Docusign account, or need a refresher on using it, please contact IT.

  • Any material changes to a standard form/document need to be cleared with the Chief Risk Officer before signing.

MNDA

Please use the MNDA template when a non-disclosure is required (we should try to push our form first on the other party, rather than them giving us their template).

The yellow-highlighted info is for the other party to fill out, but we should pre-fill all of the blue-highlighted info, particularly your own name and title (or your boss's name and title) on the signature page, but also the correct PLUS entity from among:

• • "Plus Products Inc.", a British Columbia corporation, to bind the entire company (try to use the subsidiary names below if at all possible);

  • "Carberry LLC", a California Limited Liability Corporation if referring to the California THC business;

  • "Plus Products Nevada LLC", a Nevada Limited Liability Corporation referring to the Nevada THC business; or

  • "Plus Products Wonders, LLC", a Nevada Limited Liability Corporation referring to our CBD business (note this is the only PLUS entity with a comma in the name)
